Hey guys. Sorry for the shaky video, hopefully you can tell that the bike pump doesn’t feel like it’s pumping air into the tyre, and the gauge rises and falls back to zero instantly, what’s going on?
Your tires are large. It will take many pumps for the pressure to go up.
Meanwhile, the pump hose is a restriction. With every pump stroke, you measure higher pressure while air is flowing through the hose, and it decreases again when the flow stops at the end of the stroke.
Which valve does your bike have? If it is the valve on the right, you need to unscrew that little top bit until in reaches the top of the valve ‘stem’. It should screw up that shaft, but not off the valve.

This is normal. Keep pumping.
