I randomly noticed that my Colony Endeavour frame was fractured, I don’t know when or how it happened but I’m curious if I can weld it and still be able to ride it without and “Major” problems. Thank you 🙂
Sure, as a practice before you throw it in the dumpster or hang it up on the wall.

I don’t see why not. We cut and weld control arms in cars all the time that see way more load than a bmx frame. You will need to prep the weld area and be sure to drill out ends of the crack for stress relief. Otherwise it will propagate again.
Would the work be worth the cost of just buying a new frame though? Probably not.

There is nothing stopping you from doing it though I would not risk dying in a completely avoidable way when the frame snaps and impales me
