What brand is that fork? Can you turn the knobs?
You unscrew the Black things on the forks and let air out but please use a Shock pump or you could make them to soft. I think this fork Uses a dubble air chamber so there is one on each side and they don’t use a lot of air.

Unscrew the caps to see if there are air valves there, but I think that’s a coil fork.
