  1. Hi Kristian, do you think you can be confortable and fast in Nice course (with all the climbing and descents) with the Cadex TT Bike, or do you consider to change (I don't know if you can) to the new Giant Trinity? Thanks

  2. I was legit looking at your strava sessions all week (after my mediocre workouts 🙂 ) just wondering when another video will come out. and then boom! yesterday, new video uploaded: "2 minutes ago" right before I had to go to sleep.. nice video, good vibes! I like the 360 camera.

  3. Hi guys 👋. Great mountain footage & commentary from Nice KB 👍
You can not beat a good weather winter training camp. Quality base miles gents, It will stand you all in good stead 👍👍

  4. Finally someone is not completely secretive with about their powers like cyclists do. as if someone would know what power they put out it would mean they can do the same…
Also 3:07/k for run threshold speed is nuts? Great motivation for trying to do my first triathlon this year.

  5. The 360 camera was great when you are talking to the camera on the bike, but when you use it for scenic shots I feel like the quality drops. I wish the fish eye view was less intense at points.

  6. Great video, insta360 creates amazing footage. happy training, and stay safe out there, some of those vehicles passing by, looked terrifyingly close.
