On the other hand, steady glucose levels can naturally help your body burn more fat (it’s called metabolic flexibility), which is very healthy. We’ll explore why maintaining steady glucose is key to managing cravings and hunger, and how it enables our body to burn fat more effectively.

  2. My successful weight reduction tips.

    – Regular exercise, even a 20 minute walk. If it's raining, do Calisthenics (especially Planking, to build up core).
    – 20 minutes daily of sunlight exposure
    – Drink filtered water.
    – Juicing – fruits and veggies.
    – Don't combine food types i.e., fatty foods + carbs.
    – Avoid processed foods.
    – Replace sugar with Stivia or other natural alternatives, avoid toxic artifical sweeteners.
    – Don't have a large or heavy meal for dinner. The body replenishes and repairs while asleep, a largeheavy meal takes a lot of energy to process, thus robbing replenish and repair efforts.
    – 3 day or intermittent fasting. I always shed 1 – 2kg on a 3 day water or juice fast*
    (I'm retired , so 3 day fasting is easy, would be difficult if I had a strenuous physical job)
    *with L-carnitine supplement. An element found in natural foods that signals the body to eat fat storage first for energy.

    – Reduce weight slowly, so the body can adjust, thus reduce physical and mental stress while shedding.
    Making weight shedding enjoyableless painful, aids in continuation.

  6. I honestly believe God sent me one of your videos. Two weeks ago I found out my A1C is 6.4. NOT good at all. I seriously considered going on an rx to help me bring it down but I HATE drugs. The first video I saw was the one you did for vogue, it was just right there so I watched it. I think this will change my life. The day I started doing the 4 hacks I noticed a difference! I didn't crave chocolate-cake-donuts-pastiries or sugar at all. I'm not ravenously hungry either. I actually get full on normal portions! I just bought your second book and I'm excited to learn more.   8. Really like your book 12:34 and vidios, start implementing all your 10 hacks and start wearing CGM last 3 days, I also sharing this info with my friends and hope some days more and more people start follow this instructions and leave the doctors without work 😉.
    Maybe I missing some info from your book, but want to ask question. For example, if my base line BS is 120 what ecseptable spike range of BS after meal, I mean normal limit of spike?

  11. I love this method because it fits the idea of "first do no harm". There is really no harm in savory breakfast, a shot of vinegar, working in more veggies, moving after eating, etc. I did paleo for many years, and while I loved having permission to eat great meat and fat, I found that I was craving carbs so much and cutting out entire food groups. Eating became a chore, and it was also causing my kids to demonize certain foods and even sneak desserts behind my back b/c they felt guilty. I'm so glad I ended that madness. I am tempted to pursue fasting but have heard that it can be harmful to women if you don't do it just right. I'm so over feeling guilty and perfectionistic about how I eat. I will incorporate your hacks and move on with my life!
