Used road bike for $200. Good deal?

Hard to say anything given the lack of information. It‘s more guessing a this point. But if the bike is in decent shape, without much that will need replacing in the near future, that is a good deal.

If you have to replace chain, cogs, brake pads etc. that will quickly cost more than what you paid.
