I would say your front top ring is getting there, depending on how many miles you did to get it there, quarter to half as much again maybe. Those teeth look quite pointy on the first pic.

Your chain is “stretched “. Your chainrings do not look overly worn. With a new chain, you May experience “skipping” on a cog of the cassette. If so, then replace the cassette also.

According to the pictures, your chain is worn out (stretched out) BUT first your bike needs a good wash – the chain and cassette should not be drowning in oil

Looks like you could stand to check that chain with a gauge. May need to replace that.
The chainring and cassette look fine.
Degrease it all good and go with wax, never be as dirty again.
