I just bought this bike for only $100! The main reason I got it is because of its impressive frame—it closely resembles a Rockhopper and seems to have the classic geometry of a vintage mountain bike. The frame design really caught my eye!
However, the paint has been redone, and many of the original components have been swapped out for cheaper replacements. Because of this, I have no idea what brand it originally belonged to. It feels like a bit of a mystery!
What do you think? Do you have any insights or guesses about its origins? I’d love to hear your thoughts!

Came here to say Diamondback, and got beaten to it.
That rear canti cable stop looks like the one on my 92 Sorrento, but the lack of built in rear hanger says lower spec model.
Those front forks also look like the ones on my Sorrento.

I don’t have a clue, not even close
Might get clues at the dropouts.
