  1. I did mtn bike ride once on a trail I found while trying to locate another. 4.5 hrs, 14.5 miles, and I literally pushed and carried my bike almost 3 miles of that…..totally awesome. The views erased all the misery 😁

  2. I always start questioning my decision to travel this way 6 hours into the day. Bikepacking would not be fun without a fair deal of suffering along the way lol

  3. That feeling goes away after a couple days. The longer you go the more you enjoy yourself (body gets used to the exercise and routine, and it’s just cruising)

  4. Yes, a bike packing adventure will make you suffer, in one way or another. But it will stoke you either during after or both. You'll do it again. You know you want to!
    Fundamentally, it helps a lot, to plan a route that you can actually ride. With minimal if not zero hike a bike needed. Until you get lost. 😀
