I'm looking at some options for carrying a chain lock when I want to bike to a lake for a walk with friends and do NOT want to carry a pannier / bag / etc. with me the entire time I am walking. I use a Kryptolok Chain.
I know ABUS makes something similar but I don't think the Kryptolok fits in it. I haven't seen any reviews for the Kryptonite transit tube and the ABUS one has okay reviews. Anyone have any experience with these?

I have a sling bag the chain fits in and just use that when I’m biking. This thing might work well but looks like it’ll be loud as fuck with the chain rattling around lol
