Hi I am trying to diagnose this issue. The tire is much closer to the left chain stay. But when I put the wheel on backwards it sits perfectly centered. I’m not sure if this is a wheel dish issue, frame alignment, or something wrong with my QR.
Any help would be amazing !

Learn to use a spoke tool it’ll sort it
Has your free hub been worked on recently? Just a spacer can throw off your axle alignment. You can sometimes measure the exposed threads with a caliper/gauge or count the number of threads exposed. Generally there should be an equal amount of the axle exposed on each side.
I would suggest taking your wheel off and reinstalling it back into the frame ensuring it is fully seated in the stays. Also double check your QR springs are orientated correctly.
1. Your wheel’s dish is incorrect. Your tire’s alignment relative to your frame should be the same when you flip the wheel around.
2. Your rear triangle is misalligned. If it were correctly aligned, flipping that wheel around would have caused it be off center in both orientations.
If turning the wheel around changes the alignment it would point to your wheel not being dished correctly
Check your spokes – you might have a few broken ones pulling it across to the other side.
It could just be the angle or the lens, but your derailleur hanger looks bent in the third photo, could your frame have taken an impact or could someone have tried to stolen it by using the frame as leverage to break the lock recently?
