The motion is almost like trying to click your heels together off to the side. The top side hand pulls across your chest, the bottom side hand pushes down and away. 75%-80%is legs, the hands help it happen at the end of the movement in a sense.

I’d don’t entirely agree. Your first two points are spot on, but I’d argue that a good table is all in the arms/upper body. What I do is actually relax my legs completely and let the movement of the bike, initiated by my upper body, fold my legs into that sideways heel clicky position. I personally think you’re not actually doing a table, technique-wise, unless your knee is folded over the top tube. Without that knee in the right position, the trick looks off to me. But that’s just my opinion. And my approach to the trick lol
