for cold feet, try wrapping your feet in some thick tin foil – after socks of course – I've always gone a size up on winter riding boots too in order to have some room to wiggle toes and keep the blood flowing
Heated inner soles on temu/ aamazon etc cost me under a fiver. USB plug in the car ciggy lighter and it warms them up as they have a heating element running through them. Temu also do some amazingly warm gloves with silicon print and fleece liner, stays warm even when wet. Tetsted out at Bike Park Wales this weekend, in worst wet trails I've ridden in, beat my 100% Brisker gloves hands down, no pun intended.
One size bigger shoes in winter makes a massive difference fatter and fatter socks makes ya blood flow worse
I've always thought about normal gloves with black marigold's on top? Usually just get wet and stay wet though then get the Talc out at home!
When we were kids we'd do the old carrier bag over the shoes thing, which worked a treat! Could put one on your saddle as well then shove them up intro the saddle to store them when not needed!

For keeping feet warm, rub deep heat cream on or similar, two pairs of Marino socks in dry conditions or tin pair Marino under waterproof socks. I discovered the deep heat trick after applying chilblain cream, which to me is basically same stuff!

try the foamy grips, the insulate better. also carbon bars work better than alloy in my opinion
