Hi guys,
Recently had the bike serviced and all was well. I think took it for a 6km spin and realised my gears had stopped working and see the gear mechanism had been disconnected.
This had happened before so was confident to reattach however it now just doesn’t line up. The cable and gear chain (?) are just not at the right angle to work.
How do I fix this?

The chain is attached to a bar that screws into a part in the hub. Turn the chain counter clockwise until you can line up the two parts and screw them together.
Put the shifter into second gear. The right setting is when the shoulders of the shifter bar are flush with the bottom of the axle nut. That’s what the two circular cutouts are for.
Rotate the indicator chain one full turn counter clockwise to loosen it. It doesn’t need to be completely tightened.
The gear shift adjustment is critical for proper shifting and to avoid damage to the hub. It’s easy to do, but be sure to follow the instructions closely.
