Iv got an iron horse 7 point fairly good condition, will it ever go up in price because its a collective item or rare. It also has another pair of marzocchi bombers 66's that have never been used. should I keep hold of it. Or sell it now. I'm also in Australia if that makes a difference

That will never appreciate in value while you’re alive. It might be worth something in a couple of hundred years if it’s the only one of its kind left.
Just like the other guy said, the most you can get for it is right now, it will not be going up in value anytime soon.
