I’ve recently bought a thule chariot bike trailer and would like to use it in combination with my roadbike. Because I’ve got disk brakes I need to buy a new axle that i can mount the hitch on. Unfortunately the axle i bought doesnt fit, I cant screw it in properly. First pic is my current axle, second the one i bought. What axle do i buy? Or do i need to force the thread?

Get one with the same numbers that’s on your bike
You need to buy an axle with the correct threading. Don’t force it, you’ll ruin your bike. You bought a single start 1mm pitch axle, but you need a double start 1mm pitch axle.
I would use the [Robert Axle Project axle finder](https://robertaxleproject.com/axle-finder/) to identify the correct option. I don’t think Thule makes double start axles.
I see why you bought that one but there’s one additional detail, the double lead thread.
Thule sells axles in almost any configuration, just pick the same numbers as is on yours. Make sure the thread pitch is correct too.
