The clip starts in the car park because there is no pedestrian access to the gym before the mall opens, vehicle only. So I cycle into the car park.
Well about 80% of the route seems pleasant on the bike trail and bike lanes, the rest is a bit stroady but traffic seems light, i assume its during the weekend?
