I've never had a these on a bike before. I can use my rear one fine to inflate and deflate my tire but the front does nothing when I unscrew the top part and push down.
I pulled out the core and nothing comes out. The tire still is fairly firm.
I can put a zip tie about an inch and a half down the hole part before it bottoms out.
Is there something inside that I'm missing? I Haven't been able to find anything online.

If it’s tubeless it could be sealant that funked up in there and you’ll have to get it out somehow

You’ve almost certainly got sealant blocking the hole in the valve.

You are on the right track with pushing the zip tie in there, but something more rigid will get the trick done. A small screwdriver, an unfolded clothes hanger, something in that realm.

    Dried sealant.
Once you manage to punch through you can inflate the tire.

This probably also means the rest of your sealant in that tire is old and needs to be topped up, a 3-6 monthly process.

Plus all of these dried up stuff will ideally need to be remived when you change your tires.

PSA : tubeless car and motorcycle tires typicallt don’t have these processes.
