Your tire psi should be like 3. If that low of psi and your tire width can’t keep you floating above the crust, yeah, you are too heavy for the conditions. get bigger tires with more air, drop weight, or don’t try to break new trail. Most established trail systems you need people snowshoeing/skiing (or mechanical grooming) over the trail to pack it down a bit before it’s not a miserable time with the bike for most
