Id hope so. That frame is completely unrideable. Its Strength and structure is completely done. Once metal bends out of form youll never have the same strength again.

Sounds like they took care of you. Ainβt much you could do with the frame unless you want some wall art.

Get a cheap headset and press it in .And find yourself something decent locally

Easily fixable.
Go to your local bike shop and ask for a bearing race for a fork. Maybe $20 tops.
Go to your local hardware store and get a handful of smaller steel ball bearings maybe 5/16″. You’ll have to size them up to the headset cup that is damaged.
Put the ball bearings into the cup with some grease so they don’t move around. Even put them in the damaged area . This obviously will look foolish but trust me. Put the bearing race over the bearing and get a mallet and maybe a piece of wood to put over the top of the race and start tapping it to form the damaged part out.
If you’d like a more detailed description feel free to message me.

Use a socket that size and hammer it in to reshape it. Done it before, worked great.
