Hello everyone. A newbie here. I was trying to adjust the height of my handlebars because they were too high and I accidentally made the headset too loose and by that the front part of the bike is moving in unnatural way. whatever fix I find online is making it even more loose. How could I fix this issue? I did the cap bolt over and over without over tightening anything, readjusted and pushed but nothing seems to work. The closest repair shop is miles away and will scalp me with what I suppose is a simple fix. Appreciate any advice.

did you remove any spacers? Also please post a picture from the side showing the spacer setup and top cap.
