older triathlon bikes have pretty low resale value generally, since their cockpits aren’t great for general use and a lot of ppl doing triathlon want the latest and greatest.
I’d buy it for 300$ and ride it around town, but I like urban riding on aerobars more than most. you could put a different cockpit on it to make it a bit more practical. it is still going to have some weird proprietary features like that aero seatpost. it’s a nice bike on some level, but it’s kinda specialized and not worth 1200 imho.
