I have to say, after Nigel's "gravel" ride a year or so ago which had you in tears, and him plotting in 10000ft of climbing when you asked for a flatter one, my opinion of him is not high. It's not being funny to not do as asked, it's just being an idiot. Especially with Amy recovering from illness. Yes Calpe is hilly but you can do less climbing than that and get a good ride in.
Looks like an impressive ride though, well done you two.
WTF was that cretin on the wrong side of the road !!!! That is the kind of rider that gives cyclists a bad name . We were within seconds of witnessing a fatal crash there .

Another great video, the scenery on that ride was phenomenal. Was some serious climbing done there aswell. I've previously mentioned, i'm covering from injury here, full rupture of my achilles tendon, anyway did me second Rouvy ride today, 10 weeks post injury. Managed a whole 7 miles wearing me achilles boot 🤣. This channel been great as given me determination to get back out there on some adventures. Hey, we all bicker, my wife has had to put up with me in the house for the last 10 weeks and vice versa 🤣🙈.
I get a laugh out of the two of you. You're both so candid, or at least as much as you can be, in front of the camera. I don't see either of you bickering or arguing. I see you both having fun and getting little jabs in at one another, for the sake of having fun.

That was not sweat, it was butter/oil from the flapjack! Enjoyed this series more than any, as it is an area I spend lots of time. It is a cyclists paradise. The village in the hills you went through was lovely.
