I have a story about the bike! Some time ago I got this cinelli Mash bullhorn and wanted to make a lowpro triple triangle fixie using those handles cuz in my mind would looks hella sick! I got the frame with a friend that lied to me telling it was low and would match perfectly but I don't feel like it did… Something seems off and I still can't get it what exactly, maybe the fork? That's why I'm asking haha!!
Frame: Ourus TT (made of steel)
Wheels: alexrims with LX hubs
Crankset: hollowtech litepro
Stem: zoom
Handlebars: cinelli Mash
52×17 gears
The other pieces are basic stuff
Tires: continental grand sport 700×25

Aesthetics are totally up to you. I think it looks great, but if it was mine I’d just get some fresh bar tape that isn’t white and swap the saddle for something with a little flash. Consider getting your steerer cut to size too.
I think it looks awesome as is! I do think a chrome or black stem could match better. I say you try a couple different forks and see if they change the slope of the down tube. It’s worth a try 🤷♂️
Deep carbon rims would be chefs kiss! but it looks really cool as it is
FWIW I think it looks rideable and well maintained, lots of fun so just go ride it as is and enjoy!
If you wanted more consistency think about the colourway of your stem/ bartape vs seatpost/ saddle vs chainring/ pedals/ straps.
Black stem, flat bars, and some little dangly trinket hanging from the seat. It’s what the cool kids are doing these days.
Add brakes
I think it looks amazing, I love this geometry btw. The only thing I’d change is the stem, that white doesn’t go well with the rest of the details being black, and as for the tape and foot retention I’d use a matching accent color, likely light brown. But hey fixie is all about freedom and style so you can do whatever you like! Even if it’s ugly it somehow always ends up looking cool
The only thing “off” about the bike is that you aren’t riding it right NAOW
