For a few years, I’ve wanted to get my hands on a ss 29er bikepacking rig. Last fall I came across this bike for sale and thought it looked like something special based on the parts hanging off it.

I had found a Siren Cycles ‘John Henry’ built by a frame builder from southern CA. The paint was really rough and it was in need of a new lease on life. I believe the frame was made around 2010. Just finished it this week! Tires will be replaced with tan wall 700×50 or 29x~2.0 once I get around to it

Build is:
Paragon sliding dropouts
~2015 rockshox Sid xx
White industries ENO cranks
Chris king nothreadset
Chromag cockpit
Stans rims
Hope pro II hubs
