I received this frame from SKATEPRO .I use them a lot and never had a problem until now .I don't if to try and knock it back in shape I am worried it will split the frame and do even more damage.i should not of been sent the frame in this condition it's the last frame of this fiction creature psycho

You need to change frame for warranty. If it’s impossible you may to repair that it a steel frame not a big deal to repair that at home

I’ve popped dents like this out. It’s never perfect.
But if that’s new, then contact the company that you bought it from. Likely they had shipping insurance. This was likely caused by the shipping company. But the shop you ordered it from should replace it.
You sure it’s not been used to bludgeon someone to death….. While yeah it’s fixable, and I’ve had to sort a few myself out over the years, for a brand new frame that’s not acceptable, so yeah it’s gotta go back and be replaced. Skatepro being danish means you’ll have to get them to pay for returning it though as it’ll cost a fortune.
