Ortlieb quick rack combined with military surplus pouches. Tool bag for size but I’m thinking I can fit a nice chair there for comfort at camp. Spring can’t come soon enough!
Such a good looking rig. Nice job. You’ve got the bag & rack configuration I’ve got my eye on. It has looked pretty dialed when I used their AR fit tool, but I hope the Tailfin frame bag I eventually order will fit as flawlessly as yours. You couldn’t ask for a better match!

It truly blows my mind how few people run their rigs without fenders.
I have fenders that I leave on my daily commuter and my mountain bike.
I will take the fenders off my bikepacking rig if it’s summer.

Did you modify the sustainment bags?
I just got mine. They are a lot smaller than I expected. But probably perfect to replace drybags on anything cages. I don’t think they’ll fit 2 5L drybags in them but they absolutely will replace (in total) the two dry bags I mount on anything cages and still give a little more space and be easier to load.

Also what are the fork mounts?
