What are the little clamps called that attach the main frame to the stays?

I have one suggestion:
Some ribbing/treads where the split ring collar clamps onto the tubing. Maybe also add ribbing to the interior of the collars too, to “lock” in. It will likely be needed for heavy loads.
Basically, same mechanism used in those adjustable angle quill stems.
