If you say "fat tires" in The U.S. we all think 3.5" to 5" wide. He mentioned fat and has nothing over 2.5".
Imagine trying to sell an American on a step through touring bike. I almost laughed. BTW, can you imagine any U.S. citizen speaking French anywhere nesr as well as he speaks English?

was able to train down to paris last year while my daughter and i were at the tour of flanders, Paris biking rocks! we used the velo city bikes to cruz around the city and almost 30 miles of riding to get everywhere we needed to go! all the attractions and museums and monuments. it was a dream day and the safe and easy biking made it happen! Thank you Paris! Marci !
