I just bought this dt swiss spline G1800 rearwheel from bikediscount.de and I it looks like there are remains of dried up tubeless liquid om the rim tape.
Even the valve has this sticky juice inside it..
Is this normal? Or is this a used wheel?

Schaut für mich gebraucht aus. Das ventil hat so weit auf dem Foto erkennbar auch schon Abnutzungen
