Never used a bike computer. Never bought a KICKR. My smart GPS watch was $99. Wetsuit $199. Goggles $20. Trisuit $75. So some of these costs can be mitigated.
Most watches can serve the same functions as a bike computer, save yourself 300. Also indoor bike trainer is not a necessity if you live in a good place
A lot of this can be done cheaper. I’ve never spent more than 600 bucks on a bike. You can also do a lot of maintenance yourself. I’ve never really had to have my bike worked on at the shop.
