Isn’t it a ‘third hand’ for working with rim brakes?
looks like a thirdhand for setting caliper brakes
Third hand tool. It’s used for working with rim brakes to hold them against the wheel rims.
As mentioned before; it is “third hand” very useful for setting up Cantilever brakes.
