Visited the Catfarm in 2019 and 2021. The change it got thru all the years and progress it made is really interesting to see.

I’m so happy to see people using Sociocracy! It’s a wonderful system of governance that is muck more inclusive and egalitarian than even democracy.
I live in Spain and have a client who invested in a similar project in the 1990s. He built 50 houses in a villa, which includes a road, an aerodrome, and a helipad just 10 minutes away. The property also features a river, water wells, and complete wiring for electricity and fiber optic internet. Unfortunately, the houses were vandalized over time, but they are structurally in perfect condition—they only need new doors, windows, and a fresh coat of paint. Due to family disagreements, the project was abandoned despite 30 out of the 50 houses being fully completed. We are now looking for an investor interested in purchasing the project, as the owner is now 76 years old and wants to sell.
This villa is located in a prime area, making it an excellent opportunity. The nearby aerodrome makes it ideal for wealthy individuals who own private planes or helicopters. The region also offers adventure trails through mountainous landscapes and is just 50 kilometers from the beach. If anyone knows investors who might be interested in this type of opportunity, please reach out. It would be fantastic if the buyer transformed it into a small village with a positive, educational, and community-driven purpose
