This FH came with a Suntour 7s cassette in a Specialized HardRock. Is the first time I see one of these. Do you know the name and how can l replace it with a new and modern FH?

It’s a freewheel, not a cassette. You need the Suntour freewheel tool to remove the rest. The two notches says it’s a freewheel.
How loud was the scream when that hair got stuck behind the freewheel?

That’s not a freehub, it’s part of a SunTour freewheel.

You can’t. Your wheel has a freewheel hub, not a cassette hub. Meaning you can only install a freewheel on that wheel. If you want to install a cassette on that wheel, you will first have to replace the entire hub.
