I accidentally used the wrong crank puller trying to remove the cranks from this ISIS splined unicycle hub. I used a CCP-22 instead of the CCP-44 and the floating tip of the 22 is now stuck inside the spindle. Im fearing the worst, but wondering if there is any way to get it out. TIA

Can you pop it out from the other side of the axle using a screwdriver?
If there’s no access through the axle, maybe a blind puller and a slide hammer? Next thought is get it good and hot with a heat gun, then freeze spray just the floating tip. The contraction might let it drop out.
Glue a piece of housing or a dowel in there and yank it out. Assuming you’re more interested in saving the BB than the tool tip.
Otherwise, maybe try some very small internal snap ring pliers, place them in and expand them while pulling out.
