  1. I am not getting the math, 2 min on, 2 off for 4 or 5 cycles is 16 to 20 minutes, what is the 5 minutes in heading? And how many times per day or frequency of doing this?

  3. Do your research before taking medications. I was diagnosed with HBP stage 2. So I went down the rabbit hole and this is what i found thats has got my numbers down to 116/70 consitantly. #1 quit smoking, vaping or amy forms of nicotine, #2 quit coffee or any forms of caffine, #3 Joined the gym, started exercising (consistantly) #4 Went to therapy for past trauma ( read the body keeps the score) great book #5 Completely changed my diet, no processed food only whole food. #6 started taking blackgarlic supplements and eating more fruits and vegetables, blueberries, cinnamon, oat fiber and taking more vitamin D3 everyday. #7 Started drinking more water with celtic salt 2 liters a day. #8 checked my stomach acid. Found out i have low stomach acid which plays an important role in gut health and blood pressure! Now taking betaine hydrochloride. #9 and the most important started the practice of mindfulness meditation. I believe as a civilization weve become so disconnected from our bodies that we forgot how to listen when it tells us somethings wrong and come home to our selves. Zen Meditation helps. If you are suffering like i was i am so sorry and it can be scary but if you truly love your life, then take my advise and start taking steps to a better you. We only get one life no matter the experience be ok with it and love yourself. Take care

After praying regarding my anxiousness and high blood pressure, God led me to Dr. Alan Mandell's video "Reset Your Nervous System in 30 Seconds."High blood pressure tends to be 190,175,212, which is always elevated due to coughing and nervousness throughout my body. After watching Dr. Alan Mandell's video, I checked my blood pressure monitor. I'll take my time following Dr Alan Madeline, which was 149. I thanked God for guiding me to him.

  5. for the past month my starting BP has been straight up 180/120. yeah I know ive been off my meds but back on them for 2 months now. I have to sit for like 20 minutes at the kiosk to get under 150. I have to have a 150/90 to get cleared for my tugboat job. Today I went to my DO and after doing your breathing and isometrics with a rubber ball for 20 minutes my BP was 140/98!!! I PASSED! thank you kind sir!!! folks- THIS WORKS!!! i went from stroke level to nope level!!! <— well Im not out in the clear yet, but a heck of a start

  6. I have high blood pressure, it scares me; along with Anxiety. I was told to monitor my bp, scared too use it, when I used it, bp was 151/79. I wanted to cry, then Anxiety kicked in, I m such a complete mess, please help 😢😢😢

  9. I have been receiveing what I believe to be junk readings for over 20 years .Its gotten so ridiculous that I avoid going to a medical facility. Im 73 and I avoid medications and eat healthy but I Am a smoker for over 50 years but I never get sick and I breath just fine .

Ohmygoodness, going to the dentist is worse than going to the Dr., they have absolutely no idea how to properly take a bp reading—I’ve had feet off the ground, crossed arms, taken over clothing, cuff too tight, wrist cuffs are highly inaccurate (20 points top and bottom) causing me to be turned away from service 3x, creating so much anxiety (I had never experienced before), I couldn’t even go back to this dentist w/o fearing I would be turned away. I finally found a sedation dentist who would work with me—even though it’s going to cost me more $$ at least he will do his job and not leave me hanging—even he thought their rules/parameters were over the top.
