  1. Do you have a course or dedicated MTB practice programming?

    For example, stage 1 β€œ5 track stand attempts. Completion criteria: 10 sec track stand with less than 6” of movement”

    And you repeat that and a few other β€œworkouts” until you meet the stage 1 goal?

  2. What's the point? Why does every simple enjoyment get pushed into some silly set of skills that do nothing beneficial in real life? Nobody ever cared about bicycle skills. For what? Who will ever need to do this nonsense? Is there nothing better to do with your life than stand on a bicycle wheel? It's like a tutorial on how to set a paper airplane into flight.
