What's the point? Why does every simple enjoyment get pushed into some silly set of skills that do nothing beneficial in real life? Nobody ever cared about bicycle skills. For what? Who will ever need to do this nonsense? Is there nothing better to do with your life than stand on a bicycle wheel? It's like a tutorial on how to set a paper airplane into flight.

Skills in order lol? That memo is about 55 years too late.
Do you have a course or dedicated MTB practice programming?
For example, stage 1 β5 track stand attempts. Completion criteria: 10 sec track stand with less than 6β of movementβ
And you repeat that and a few other βworkoutsβ until you meet the stage 1 goal?
Can I do that with a rigid / road bike
Must really suck for your tire, headset, stanchions and lower legs bushings.
Can I do this on hardtail??
What bike is that?
For me itβs actually easier to lean towards the left even if my front foot is left as well
Your tips helped me a lot, learned truckstand in two days with 1hr practice at the wall
Not always the case, I do nose tap 180s to the left with my left foot forward
