I’m newer to the mtn bike world (out of motocross) and found this used specialized. The guy don’t know the year but he is wanting $750. He believes its a newer bike from what the tenant told him, but is not sure. Just trying to do a little research before I buy it but what I’m gathering is it’s around a 2010? Is that a decent deal for $750? Thanks for the help. Excited to get out there

It’s around a 2010. Would avoid… Legacy geometry, components… etc. It will be hard to maintain and upgrade. If you’re on a limited budget find a good quality hardtail a couple of years old with a decent fork, slack geometry that allows for a dropper post cable routing (future upgrade)
