Just got my first commuter bike for a great deal
Btwin Triban 520 for 100€
But it doesn’t look like it’s in top condition.
How do I clean this bike, learn to disassemble and put it back together?
Please share your opinions and if I should substitute a part.
I’m going to use this bike mainly for commuting with triathlon training on the side.

Good choice . Plenty of quality there for I presume a cheap price . Get a service on it though to keep it on the road trouble free
I would start with measuring chain wear to determine whether its worth cleaning or straight up replacing chain & cassette, make sure you check that wheels are spinning freely and in straight line, as its second hand I would take off handlebars and inspect fork for possible fractures
