The description I was trying to submit with the pic is that Lezyne responded quickly when I emailed them about an Amazon seller that hacked open a package and removed a strap for a rear light.
It was a dick move by the Amazon seller, but it was a weirdly specific dick move.
I actually bought one of Lezyne’s generic straps, and it wasn’t even close to fitting the big hooks on the rear light, so I emailed them asking for a replacement.
Andre didn’t even bother talking about money, he just sent me a replacement.
I feel like that kind of respect for the customer deserves some appreciation. So I’m doing it here where there’s roughly a million people who can appreciate it with me.

I have some commuter lights by lezyne and ive had them for 5 plus years and they are still going.
