Looks like you used bolts that were too long and they pushed through. Did you not hear cracking or feel the resistance change a lot all of a sudden?

sure looks like it, try to shine a flashlight through the entrance screw hole, you may be able to see the opposite side light up through the cracks. is this a carbon or aluminium fork?

@OP, it if i’m not mistaken it is a Canyon Grizl. You can get a replacement fork from Canyon for €90,-. They have a program called Crash Replament.
