My father grew up in Buckinghamshire and my motto has always been "Everything British Is Better" Although I've yet to cross the pond I so enjoy watching this channel.The homes are magnificent. What I simply cannot understand is why there are so many wall to wall carpets laid over beautiful old wood floors!
