Derailleur hanger clearly looks bent to the outside. Just find a replacement. Replace it.
Hanger is definitely bent. You can straighten it with a derailleur hanger alignment gauge or buy a new hanger. It would be similar cost to buy the tool or the part.
Hangers are very specific to the bike, so if you choose to buy a new one, I would just go to a bike shop that sells your brand of bike. Bring your old hanger so they can match the shape and find a new one.
The mech hanger looks cracked, has it been bent back outwards?
