I use one SIMPLE trick to avoid fines/points for dangerous/reckless driving and speeding, and the authorities HATE it. I drive my car in accordance with the rules set in the highway code.

Pretty sure I remember the full clip. That man trying to attack Cycling Mikey was just caught by Mikey for a driving offence and then tried to chase him down. It wasn't "someone put a bounty out for him".
