  4. I didn't lose weight 3 months into carnivore.. Then I started delivering UPS packages 12 to 14 hours a day.. 6 days a week.. for 3 months… Lost 27 pounds.. Eating pizza on my day off.. And carnivore the other 6 days…

  5. This is my second question and I am still hoping to recieve an answer to my first question. Nevertheless, my second question is this – Is flaxseed and flaxseed oil included in the things which trigger the production of Ceramide? I know that seed oils in general are not good, but I've read studies where flaxseed and flaxseed oil actually have a beneficial impact on insulin resistence. Are you able to confirm this or show if it is not true?

    If you don't cheat, it works. I'm sorry but that's the truth.
    Even if you do keto, you still need to be in a calorie deficit to lose weight. That's a fact.

  9. Dairies are only problematic because milk is pasteurized. And because the milk is full of antibiotics and stuff that shouldn't be there. But people who consume unpasteurized milk have no issues and even those who had any issues with dairy products will reverse those problems after awhile of consuming unpasteurized dairy products. It matters. It's not the products that are causing us health issues, but what they inject them with or spray them with. Remove those and nobody will be sick anymore. But there are no money to be made out of healthy people. It's all a big pharma move to keep them in business by keeping us sick and dependent on their drugs

    Fasting increases hormone testosterone and growth hormone and probably serotonin as a result of the 2 first.

    Yet, have you ever seen how that live animal's process goes through the slaughter house or, and killing conditions.
    This is the main reason not to eat, fish, bird, sheep, pork, cattle.

    This is my own personal opinion.
