I had a terrible time with mine when I got it. There’s some serious QA issues with the thru-axle not threading into the frame. Eventually, Zwift sent me a replacement.
This is crap. It too me ages to build. The engineering is agricultural and doesn't fit well. Handlebars took ages to fit and thru axles don't fit well. Poorly made.
Do I I have to use the zwift virtual ride with everyone else on the maps? At times would love to be able too just have basic metrics on the screen abit like wahoo
Given that a decent used bike plus Play controllers cost quite a bit less than the Ride, and can be used outdoors because it's a real bike, the only reason I see to buy this is for the adjustability in a multi-rider household–provided that everyone uses the same style pedals. In which case, they should have made the crank length adjustable too, and the "fork" steerable and compatible with motorized risers. As it is, though, I see it mainly for affluent riders who just want to set it up and not fuss with anything.
Zwift ! Why have you not sent Ryan Condon a free Zwift bike? He’s done more to promote Zwift and Zwift racing as a non cyclist more than any YouTuber I’ve seen!!! Come on , support him like he’s supporting you by recommending the benefits of Zwift . ❤

I really like mine but its not super quick to put togther. Thats not its selling point so why advertise on this basis

I have the wahoo kickr and I love it but to pricey as it’s £3,500
Love this, problem is for me is, I need 180 cranks. I'm 6'6" with a 37inch inseam.
Are all the installers this qualified? Like that they test the setup.
