no, that wear isnt even normal after 2k heavy use.
i would suggest checking the chainline, it looks to me like the damage is one sided, and belts tend to not tolerate bad chain lines

That’s exactly the picture that Gates shows in their training to profs as example of to low tension. The app with tension will give you unusable results because the belt is not close enough to the right tension to measure with sound.
Tighten your belt up to the point where it has about 1,5cm up and 1,5cm down play. Then use the app again. Don’t ride it with low tension if you are unsure.
Or bring it back to the shop where you bought it. They did a shitty job during checkup before delivering you the bike.
