I bought a frameset and I know or at least heard several times, that the BB threads should be recut etc. The frameset was delivered with a pre installed headset and the BB housing and threads look like this. I’m not sure, is the frame already prepped for BB installation or should I head to the bike shop? Cheers

Chasing and facing to clear out excess paint and burrs isn’t as necessary as it once was. You’re probably fine to go ahead and get the cups installed and be on your way.
It’s not necessary if you’re using a cartridge square taper bottom brackets. If you’re doing external cup (most higher-end setups today like Shimano Hollowtech, etc.), try installing the BBs and crank and see if it spins freely. If it doesn’t you’ll need to get to uninstall them and get the bottom bracket shell faced.
I would just try and thread the BB in carefully. From the photos it all looks clean and ready to go. If you hit any resistance or the faces are obviously off, then see your LBS.
