Hi everyone. Long-time lurker, first-time poster. It’s new bike day for me today. I picked up the Poseidon Redwood Dropbar while it’s on sale. It went together easily. Still have some adjustments to make. This is my first gravel bike, actually, my first bike in close to a decade. I’m looking forward to getting in the saddle again and to being an active member here.

I saw you had a lumbar fusion (I am going in for a revision of L4 to S1 and fix the offending l3/l4 by fusing it for a 3 level) How are you doing now? I also ride MTB (SC Chameleon) and am 57yrs old and my fusion is 24yrs old… thanks!
