Why? what are the new components?
Frame size and weight?
Curious as to the weight of the frame if you have a scale (large frame, I’d guess)?
I’ve got the Rival version as well and changed to the new RED E1 FD. Looks very encouraging on the bike stand so far, still winter weather here.
The new E1 groupset looks great, especially the hoods but for me the only reasonable upgrade was the FD with auto trim which enables to have a smaller cage.
The new Force groupset should be also around the corner.
Why did you disassemble the front end (bars/forks) if you aren’t changing those?
Good luck rerouting the cockpit. This took by far the most time. BTW awesome project. How much do you save this way?
